Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, your location, and the size/weight of the order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days after receiving your order. Please note that during peak periods, such as holidays, processing times may take longer. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees depending on the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping charges at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If your shipping address is in a restricted area, please contact our customer service team for alternative solutions.


2. Returns & Exchanges

At CAD Trading Pty Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Coats & Jackets and Dresses. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our returns and exchanges policy is as follows:

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for returns.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase in order to return your product.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale or discounted items (clearly marked during checkout).
  • Custom orders, including personalized Coats & Jackets or Dresses.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Package the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories, labels, and tags intact.
  3. Return Shipping: Once you have received your RAN, return the product to us at the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
  4. Refund Processing: After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value or size, provided the item is in returnable condition. To exchange your product, please contact customer service for instructions.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your Coat & Jacket or Dress arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.


4. Late Returns

Returns received outside of the 30-day return window may be eligible for store credit at our discretion. Returns beyond 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy

Once a return is approved, the original payment method will be credited for the full price of the item(s) returned. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
